With teaching being a giving profession, staff burnout has been a hot topic in the education industry, highlighting teaching’s notoriously high staff burnout rates. Our giving profession often has the ability to bleed us dry, with significant consequences on teachers physical and mental health.

Although this is a very large issue it is often one of the hardest things to spot in the workplace and can go undetected.

Therefore we have worked in partnership with Steve Waters to define Burnout, describe its six causes and explore strategies that schools can use to address it in this 1 hour training webinar. The webinar refers to the work of Christina Maslach, from the University of California, a renowned expert on how Burnout is created and how employers can prevent and respond to it.
